I'm a content strategist in Fort Worth, Texas. For the past four years I've worked at T3 Partnership on Pathways to Careers, a college and career readiness platform used by about 10,000 students and families across seven North Texas school districts.

Most of my work has been structural — designing the taxonomies, content models, and editorial systems that platform content depends on. I hold an Ed.D. in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor, where I studied how Gen Alpha students engage with AI.

My current title is Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications, the result of an organizational restructure. Content systems are the through line, and the work I want to keep doing.
